9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZyncPOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential damages, or loss of profits arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ZyncPOS harmless from claims, demands, losses, or legal costs resulting from your violation of these terms, misuse of the service, or unlawful conduct.

11. Service Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service in case of violations, system abuse, or unpaid obligations under applicable terms.
