Our Story
ZyncPOS started from a simple idea: what if there was a POS system that's truly easy to use, as fast as tapping an iPad screen, and reliable even when the internet goes down?
In 2024, after years of managing restaurants and cafes in Bali, we experienced firsthand how painful it was to use traditional POS systems. Training new employees took forever, printers frequently malfunctioned, and sales reports felt like never-ending crossword puzzles.
So we decided to build our own. With an engineering background and firsthand experience in the F&B industry, we created ZyncPOS — a Point of Sale system designed specifically for iPad, focused on speed, simplicity, and reliability.
Our Journey
Conducted in-depth research across dozens of restaurants and cafes in Bali. Identified key pain points: transaction speed, training ease, and real-time reporting.
Started developing the native iPad app with a focus on performance and user experience. Thermal printer integration via LAN became the top priority.
Real restaurant testing — hundreds of transactions per day. Direct feedback from cashiers and owners fueled rapid iteration.
ZyncPOS v1.0 launched with full features: POS, kitchen KDS, QR ordering, web dashboard, and comprehensive reporting.
Expansion across Indonesia. Added multi-outlet, customer deposit, table reservation, and Gojek/Grab integration features.
Continuing to innovate with new features based on user feedback. Our mission remains the same: helping Indonesian F&B businesses grow faster.
